We will look at the room or space that will be working on and make a plan based on your needs. We will figure out your likes and dislikes. How you want it to look in the end? How space saving and functional it is? Once we have all the details figured out then we can get you back to the simple life. This can be done either on-site or virtually.
We will start sorting the items in the space. Here is where we will work together and my role is to keep you focused, and prevent you from getting overwhelmed. If you decide you want me to do it alone, I will sort the items according to the plan.
After we have sorted the items you will need to decide what you want to keep, sell, donate, recycle or trash.
Once we have figured out what you are keeping, we will create a simplified system for you to use.
I will try and re-purpose any containers you might own as this will save you time and money. If you do need containers we will decide what you need and go shopping or I will leave you with a list of what to get.
This is where you can relax! Everything is in its place and the project is done. Now, I will sit down with you and go over strategic ways to maintain your new space. This part of the plan is very significant as it will help keep your space organized long term. Also, we can discuss if you would like return upkeep visits and/or strategies to keep you organized so you don't fall behind on your new system.

**Typically, The Consultation takes about 30 to 60 minutes. The Declutter Mode can be anywhere from 2-8 hours depending on the size of the space or room.

This is a short visit. It is where I get to know you and the areas you want done. I also will go over any questions that you may have.

What do I need to buy before the first session?
Unless, there is something specific you know you want to use or purchase there is nothing to buy. To save time and money we can reuse any containers you may have. If you do not have containers we will go over what is needed and go shopping.
Every project is different. I will have a better idea of time once I see the space and what your expectations are.
